Positive: Great host and its Unique place (not chain hotel)

The house was in a beautiful and quiet setting among the trees.and conveient setting. It was conveniently located on the Positive: Beautiful and quiet setting in the trees in New Paltz. Very spacious, clean room. Negative: The ceiling wasn’t working properly in Room #3. There needed to be a light blocking shade on one of the room’s doors. Light cane up from the breakfast area.

We would stay again Positive: The room was spacious and the garden tub was a bonus! The room went beyond expectations Negative: Only slight thing was the yard looked unkept - weeds

Cute and comfy Positive: Loved the comfy beds and the gluten free breakfast options. The coffee and tea available all day brought me happiness. Bed was super comfy and room was spacious. Negative: The light from outside the hallway (which led into the kitchen/dining area), shone into the bedroom throughout the evening.

No place to sit. Positive: Loved thee B and B vibe, and wonderful jets in bath and sauna. Negative: Sigh. We had a balcony that we were totally unable to use as there was notable or chairs, totally empty. We would have loved to have had our breakfast there. Rather, as this was a stay the night before my wedding with my mom, my hairdresser/makeup artist arrived and there was no chair in the room I could sit on except a tiny 20inch high seat suitable for a child, so my friend had to bring up a chair for us to use.

A comfortable, clean and quiet stay, with a very short drive into town. Positive: It was very quiet, surrounded by trees and singing birds. I was able to open the window and get fresh air. The home was very clean. Negative: I am not a fan of carpet in the bedroom.

Positive: The location is devine. Located just outside of town. Very convenient. The coffee is 24/7 available. Accommodation are 5 star. Negative: We had no dislikes.

We had a fabulous time here Positive: Excellent location off a small street, surrounded by lots of greenery. The house itself is super nice and spacious, they provide breakfast and there is even a sauna. 5 mins drive to New Paltz.

Kudos to Pablo for his fine establishment. Positive: We enjoyed the spacious living room and dining area. The breakfast offerings were terrific with a nice selection of fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, biscotti, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. The outdoor sauna was a nice treat after our hiking adventures in the Gunks. Negative: We would have liked a utility sink in the dining area.

Fantastic and a great find! Positive: Pablo was a wonderful host! The bed was so comfortable the suite was clean and spacious and the food offerings available were so yummy. Loved this place. Negative: Only con which had nothing to do with the property. The couple in the room next to me and my child decided to rock the boat and were so loud they lack decorum!

It was good overall Positive: It was cozy, albeit walls were thin so we could hear man snoring during the night from next door. Light was bright from dining room during the night and came through balcony door. Negative: Please see above

The staff (Rossi) was so cute. When we approached the front door, we greeted Rossi, gave her some pets. Rossi returned o Positive: It is very clean and convenient. Negative: None.

Unfortunately, we only had a brief day. If we’re ever in the area, we would love to stay again. Positive: We loved the area. The property was beautiful and the house was well-maintained. Negative: There isn’t anything we didn’t like

We had a very relaxing 2 night stay. The B&B is not far from the Empire Bike trail which leads to the Hudson River W Positive: The B&B is nestled in the woods where you can hear the birds calling and feel the breeze through the trees. Our bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were able to store our bikes in the garage.

Schöner Aufenthalt in netter Umgebung. Positive: Sehr schönes Anwesen mit angenehmen Aufenthaltsraum und nettem Zimmer. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Negative: Lediglich das Schlafsofa für unsere Tochter war nicht optimal.

Positive: Very close to New Paltz Main St.. For being a converted house, it had a retreat, B&B feel. Very clean and comfortable.
