Stayed there for a bday gift for wife. Positive: Location and layout are great. Very peaceful and if you get the right room the views are good. Negative: Ac is controlled by a general Thermostat that you have to call owner for. He says it’s a comfortable setting but we was sweating and had to Open windows at night to get a breeze. 73 was not a good temp.

It was cozy and peaceful. Served the purpose for what I needed. Positive: The fact that it is set back away from the road. Nice big room to eat in. Negative: Room appeared much larger in pictures.

This is a beautiful quiet getaway near everything New Paltz has to offer! Positive: This is a lovely property, surrounded by lots of nature, fields to walk in and both indoor and outdoor spaces to sit in. The sauna was terrific!

Kudos to Pablo for his fine establishment. Positive: We enjoyed the spacious living room and dining area. The breakfast offerings were terrific with a nice selection of fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, biscotti, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. The outdoor sauna was a nice treat after our hiking adventures in the Gunks. Negative: We would have liked a utility sink in the dining area.

Would stay again! Positive: -room & bathroom were large & clean -quiet/secluded location, but still close to everything we wanted to do -goodies, fresh fruit, tea, and coffee available downstairs Negative: -booking says “no pets allowed,” but there were a few dogs there during our stay, so maybe that policy has changed; either way, perhaps dogs should only be allowed in the downstairs rooms, as we were often woken up in our upstairs room by our neighbors coming and going to walk their dog in the late evening and early morning hours

Positive: The place is absolutely amazing and tranquil. Very stylish and comfortable. Great host! We'd go back just to unwind. Perfect for remote work too. Negative: Nothing
